Shipping and Returns
Echo Field processes orders daily, and ships via Priority Mail. When selecting an item for purchase, please note any comments on the product page. Most items in the catalog are in stock and will ship on the next business day after purchase. If an item is not in stock, you will see a message on that item's catalog page referring to the projected delivery time. If you order multiple items, your package will ship when the order is filled. This means that the order will be delayed until backordered merchandise is received by Echo Field.
If you are purchasing items that are in stock, and you would like us to ship via Fed-Ex overnight, please place your order via phone: 1-888-396-7776. Your shipping cost will increase with the use of an express service. We will inform you of this expense at the time of your order.
Returns
We guarantee the quality of all merchandise purchased through www.echofield.com. If you receive products which are damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund. Please call Echo Field at 1-888-396-7776 with any questions or concerns regarding your order.
